FAQ FAQQuestions asked frequently.A Cafe Latte is a portion of espresso and steamed milk, generaly in a 2:1 milk to espresso ratio.With a little foam on top.Cafe Americano or simply Americano is a style of coffee prepared by adding hot water to espresso. It has similar strength, but different flavor from regular drip coffee. The strength varies based on how many shots of espresso are added. A Black Eye is dripped coffee with a double shot of espresso. A Red Eye is dripped coffee with a single shot of espresso.A Cappuccino is a coffee-based drink prepared with espresso, hot milk, and steamed milk foam. It is made with less foam than the cafe latte. The milk foam acts as an insulator to help make the drink stay hotter, longer.Macchiato means stained. It's an espresso with a dash of foamed milk. Though it resembles a cuppuccino, it has a much stronger and aromatic taste. The milk is foamed directly into the espresso cup., which is then put under the coffe outlet.The espresso is then drawn into the cup and cocoa is sprinkled on the top.A Cafe Au Lait is similar to a cafe latte except it is generally made with brewed coffee instead of espresso in a ratio of 1:1 milk to coffe with sugar added for taste. A Cafe Breva is essentialy a cappuccino made with half and half instead of whole milk. This should have a very rich creamy flavor. It can be foamed at the request of the customer.
